How much do sessions cost?

Sessions with me begin at $400 for Headshots with most clients budgeting between $1200 and $2000 for their full experience. Custom Fine Art Commissions with me begin at $2500.

If you'd like to learn more about the sessions that I offer, drop me a line and you can learn a little bit more about working with me.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Because of the limited number of slots I have every month, the sooner the better. I'm usually booked 2-3 weeks out or more. It's also very important to me to invest in you before our shoot, so I want to make sure we have plenty of time on the phone or Skype to plan out the details. If you need something ASAP, email me at and I'll see what I can do.

Where do sessions take place?
Most sessions take place in my studio, located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, New York. I also frequently do on-location shoots throughout the Hudson Valley, Albany and New York City.

How do I pay for my session?
I accept cash, checks and credit cards. I also am happy to set up a payment plan for your session fee or product order. Just ask and I'll give you all of the details.

Do you offer discounts?
Sometimes; you'll need to be on my newsletter list to get notified whenever I have a special offer coming up. Sign up here.

How long will the session take?
Depending on the type of session you have booked with me, the photo shoot will last between one and four hours.

What is the process for selecting my photos?
It takes me 1-2 weeks to edit your photos and then we will schedule a viewing session in my studio. If you are absolutely unable to meet for a viewing session then I can create a proofing gallery for you on my website.

Are all of the photos included in the session fee?

Images are purchased separately in all Fine Art sessions. If you're booking a Headshot session, then the number of photos included depends on the package you've purchased. Want to know more about my sessions? Get in touch!

Do I get the digital files from my session?
When you purchase a Headshot Session, a certain number of final digital files are a part of your package. The bigger the package you've purchased, the more files are included.
With my Fine Art sessions, I include a digital copy of every photograph purchased.

How much do you retouch?
I will do minor retouching before our viewing session together. When we meet to view your photos, that will be an opportunity to discuss any further retouching you want to see.

How long after my session does it take to get my order?
It generally takes me 1-2 weeks to edit your session, then we meet for a viewing session where I help you select your photos.
If you're unable to meet in my studio for a viewing, I will go through the proofs with you over the phone or Skype.

Fine Art products are high-end and made to order, and usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive once the order is placed.

Can I sit in on a session to see how you work?
My sessions are usually a very personal experience for each client, and therefore it's very important to me to respect that and give her a private space to have her session. I'm working on having behind-the-scenes videos done so that you can peek into the experience!

What is your cancellation policy?
Because I have reserved our day for you, I require that the session fees to be paid in full in order to book your session; therefore there are no refunds for cancellations. I do offer one opportunity to reschedule at least 7 days before our session and you will get the next available session date.

If you ask to reschedule a second time, there will be an additional fee.

What is your reshoot or refund policy?

I do not offer refunds or reshoots unless something goes wrong with my camera or my data. From our first contact and consultation to final delivery of your product, I do everything within my power, to make sure that our shoots meets the discussed vision and agreed upon objectives established during the consultation period. My shooting style allows clients to see what I am capturing in camera in order to make sure that we are creating and capturing images that resonate with those visions and objectives.

Do You Travel for sessions?
Yes I am happy to travel for sessions. Travel fees will simply be applied to the cost of the session.

Anything I didn't cover? Ask me and I'll be happy to answer any of your questions!
